Long-Term Care
Long-term care is designed for individuals who need ongoing medical support and assistance due to chronic health conditions, disabilities, or age-related challenges. This level of care provides consistent nursing oversight while supporting day-to-day comfort, safety, and quality of life in a supportive environment.
The goal of long-term care is to help patients live as independently and safely as possible while receiving assistance with activities of daily living, such as:
- bathing
- dressing
- personal hygiene
- nutrition

Early Memory Care
Early memory care provides specialized support for individuals experiencing the early stages of cognitive decline, including memory loss or changes related to dementia. Early memory care support may include:
- person-centered care planning
- communication techniques adapted for cognitive impairment
- creation of structured daily routines
- engagement in meaningful and familiar activities

Psychiatric Services
Psychiatric services provide coordinated mental health support for individuals with mental health conditions. Care is delivered through collaboration between nursing staff, mental health professionals, and care coordinators to ensure consistent, compassionate support.
These services help to:

- improve mood and emotional regulation
- enhance coping skills and daily functioning
Together, these supports contribute to a more holistic and effective approach to care.

Hospice Services
Hospice services focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with advanced, life-limiting illnesses. Care is centered on pain management, emotional support, and honoring personal wishes while supporting both patients and their families during this time.
